  1. I entered my email incorrectly at checkout and I've already paid. What do I do?

    Contact my team to let them know of the error and what the correct email should be, and they will take care of it for you as soon as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

  2. I missed the deadline to purchase your last program, what do I do now?

    I offer my programs for a limited time only in order to help keep them exclusive. If you have missed the deadline to purchase my last program, I encourage you to subscribe to my email list to receive exclusive updates, new program release dates, promotions, sales, and more - straight to your inbox!

  3. Do I need an app to use your program?

    No it's not required, but it's highly recommended to download and save the program directly to the free app Adobe Acrobat for best performance. This also allows easy accessibility for you without having to search through emails to find it again. The program will arrive to your email as a PDF document that you can download and save directly to any of your devices.

  4. Is the program only for females?

    Nope! Workouts in general are not gender-based, so anyone can follow my program regardless if you're male, female, non-binary, etc.

  5. Do you offer a payment plan?

    Yes! Select Sezzle at checkout. This is an interest-free payment plan with no additional charges or fees. I pay the fees so you don't have to!

  6. Does the program expire?

    Not at all! It's yours to keep and reuse 24/7, anytime you like. If you ever misplace your email with the program attached, please notify my team and they will be happy to resend it to you. Please make sure to include either your Order #, full name, or email address used during checkout to help expedite the process. However, if you don't have that information we will get it sorted out for you no problem.
